aware that the price of the job may change die to changes in materials wanted by the customer, if special order items were wanted, or if any changes were made to how the job would be completed. Example, the customer changed designs many times throughout the project making the time of the project take longer due to more work to do the job asked. Also, many other items were added as in lighting, moving electrical, size of the lavatory area, etc. The price was changed, and customer refused to sign the invoices saying that they understood changes were made and prices would be different than first agreed upon. After working about 2 weeks on the job, the customer began to become frustrated and very uneasy to deal with saying that she needed it done faster. I did explain that I work alone most of the time and do not use a lot of people runnkn b in and out of a customer's home. She then started complaining about the price of the work that was being done. Then started complaining to me about the time spent on the job saying I only worked 3 hours a day. That was purely speculation as where the ones that were home did not wake up until noon or later, or I woke them up personally. The customer fired me off the in late September due to the time it was taking to get the job done. After releasing me, I was allowed to come back to the job and was again released four days later, knew day from completion. When told to come get my tools, which I did not receive all of, my wife and I were verbally and physically assaulted by the customer and her husband. The husband chest bumping and spitting in my wife's face multiple times and cussed at. There were also three other men at the home at the time acting like they were going to jump us both. As we were leaving their son threatened us saying "I know where you live[redacted] ". I did not take light to the threat, and called the police upon arriving at my residence and filed a complaint. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you[redacted]
