we called her a couple times LAST WEEK...but we had no answer from customer

before purchasing the car mr.*** to the vehicle to his mechaniche came back with a small list we agreed to fix the vehicle before purchasingmr.*** keeps coming back with more issues with car...I don't understand why he keeps coming back after he bought the vehicle

going to contact customer on Monday june19th....after I speak to the service manager

I left voice mail apologizing to customer for bad experience and asked to call me so that I can help her....

As you mentioned, there was a small list I brought back from my mechanic. You agreed to fix a portion of it, but then failed to do so. I bought the vehicle because I had faith in Clay Subaru as a reputable dealer. I was mistaken. Some things you don't find, see, feel, or hear in a twenty minute test drive. Somethings are clearly missed when they go through "Clay's rigorous inspection process." On top of the poor service, I am now being ignored by the salesman and am not getting my $55 inspection cost refunded due to that. Thank you.
