Mrs***, Mr*** owed the money due to Safeco Insurance Company finding a claim on his Clue Report. I offered to pay the surcharge, even though I did not owe the money, because he was a customer. He ended up leaving my insurance agency to go to another agency before I paid
the amount so I am not going to pay the amount due to not owing it. I am more than happy to discuss this with Mr*** or with his counsel. Thank you *** ** *** Principal
