Please see attached picture of the program that I enrolled in The title of the program is the same as the company name I do not have an order number because my computer died After my computer was repaired, many of my emails were not available The email confirmation for this purchase was one of those emails When communicating with the company (several times), they were able to pull up my information without the order number Everything was in their system This was confirmed by the three different representatives I spoke to on three different occasions Please let me know if you need additional information I really appreciate the time and effort you are putting into the investigation of my complaintThank you, [redacted]
