Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I called Penny Mac loss draft on 5/and spoke to CSR ***He informed me that they received the signed and notarized Release of Lien from the contractor, however, they would only be disbursing to me a portion of the funds (approximately $4795) because of my loan statusPrior I was informed that once percent of the work is completed I would get the remaining balanceCurrently percent of the work is completed, the only thing left to completed is part of the flooringMy problem is the inconsistencies in information I get from Penny Mac and the turnaround time for everything to be doneI was told I have to wait Weeks to get the check because of someone signing off, and then a month after to get another disbursementMy property was distorted on 2/15/In a couple weeks it would be months of pain and sufferingMy question is why did Penny Mac request lien release from contractor when I am still owing him? And why was I told that I would get the full remaining disbursement upon receiving Release of Lien from Contractor? Regards, [redacted]
