Classico Carpet Cleaning

Review: Two and a half weeks ago, I called [redacted] from Classico Cleaning services for an estimate on carpet cleaning for my move-out. He was 45 minutes late to our initial appointment. However, his pricing was fair so I agreed to make an appointment for October 30th at 10am for carpet cleaning. Two days ago, I texted to confirm our appointment and he responded with a yes. Today, an hour before our 10am appointment, he said his previous job was running late and he would arrive at 11am SHARP. At 11 I texted to ask his ETA. He told me that he was still behind by 30 minutes. At this point, he should have already finished and job if he was on time. He texted saying that I could cancel if I wanted to. 1.5 hrs past our scheduled appointment time and he obnoxiously told me I could cancel, after I had already waited for him. He was unprofessional and very rude. I am sure I am not the only person he has done this to. I have tenants moving in in 2 days and was left out to dry by his lack of work ethic and irresponsible attitude.I am unable to find his company on the Revdex.com, does he have a valid license to perform carpet cleaning?Desired Settlement: I would like to see [redacted] make amends first by offering a sincere apology. I know I would never use his company or recommend him to anyone else, so there's no use in offering any specials. I just want to save San Diegans the trouble of wasting their time and having to find a replacement last minute. Businesses like that should not be tolerated, it's absolutely unacceptable.
