[redacted] spoke with Mr [redacted] a couple of weeks ago concerning this matter.? The reason his roof is leaking is due to the Parapit Wall collapsing - picture attached.? The leak on the roof is not our fault.? Mr [redacted] was very upset with [redacted] and said he would get back with ***.? [redacted] has not heard anything from him since.Hopefully this issue will be resolved now.? ?

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted *** October 12th to address the roof issues at *** ***Then again 10/Then again on 10/at which time *** said he "sent a guy over there" and that he "would check with him" and call me back*** did not call back I again contacted *** on 10/with no responseAnd again 10/with no responseOn Monday 10/*** sent a nasty text message explaining he didn't appreciate that I filed a complaint against him with the Revdex.comI responded explaining that he had failed to take my situation seriously and that I had repeatedly asked for him to check on the roof he installedI got no responseI explained that I sent two roofers over to the property to get estimates the week prior (one totally $and one totaling $1410)Neither roofer could believe the roof was only years old At the time the other roofers came, the parapet wall was NOT downI reached out to *** yet again on 10/when we claimed someone called me (they did not)On 10/I spoke with someone who said they were going to check it out and they'd be back to me that dayAfter not hearing from *** or his worker again, I contacted *** on 10/and he said " we will get there" Two days later on 11/*** finally sent someone thereweeks after my first contact with ***By this time the parapet wall had fallen A parapet wall does not fall overnight, it comes from exposure to the elements over time If the roof was performing properly that wall would not have been exposed to the elements If the way was in poor shape prior the the roof install, then the roof installer clearly did not inspect the roof before installing the roofIn any case *** & Classic Roofing are accountable for the roof and repairs at *** ***. I have had the walls repaired and the roofing issues (numerous) addressed and the total came to $I expect to be compensated by Classic Roofing in full for the repairs. I have text messages and phone records to prove the above stated timeline.
