each contact by customer with a voice mail on the phone number [redacted]. (Although it should have been done faster, never did I refuse to send shortage or information) License plates are only returned to the seller if requested, this was not requested by the seller.
Additionally, This was a consignment sale. We do not normally provide buyers (or Seller) information or bill of sales, on a consignment sale. Customer sellers and buyers in most cases use consignment so they are not contacted by the buyer or the seller. That is why many customers sell their vehicles through consignment, so they are not contact by anyone, but the sales company. I personally, paid the $100 out of my pocket because of the mix-up ont he first payment.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I still need an itemized receipt, and a bill of sale. I have nothing to prove the car is no longer mine. If, God forbid, it is involved in an accident, it could come back on me, as the owner, or title holder. I did call the phone # of supposed buyer, and there was no answer, and no return call. No surprises there. Somebody please help me.
