called us Friday afternoon demanding service to fix the water heater. He was unwilling to wait till Monday. I was down 2 plumbers on that Friday. I told him at that time on the phone that I would pay the other plumbers bill. The other plumber did not even fix the water heater. We came back after the other plumber and found a short in a wire and fixed it. I have already paid the other plumber for his work in not fixing the water heater. At the time Mr. [redacted] was calling me and contacted you I was on vacation with my family. This matter is now resolved and I trust that Mr. [redacted] will confirm all of this when he responds; hopefully he responds.
