Review: I purchased a pendant and necklace. I was not happy with the quality of the item and requested a RMA return number to return it via email (Nov ** and [redacted]) and phone call (Dec [redacted]). I received no response to my emails. I called on Dec [redacted] and spoke to Dolores. She said it was a final sale. I explained that nowhere on the website or my email order confirmation did it say final sale. She said it was final because it was discounted 20%. Again,nowhere on the website does it say that. She said it was because she stamped the paper included with the package. I reviewed the return policy prior to ordering. If I knew it was a final sale item I would not have purchased it. Her response was "it's just too bad!" The customer service rep, Dolores, was rude and raised her voice, yelling at me during throughout the phone call.Desired Settlement: Return of item with full refund

Wonderful company to do business with. Quality, beautiful pieces at great prices! I ordered two items, paid for regular delivery, and it arrived a day and a half later. Very impressed and pleased with the whole experience!
