I have been a loyal customer of Classic Maids for many yearsThe last appointments were very disappointingThe first appointment the cleaning associate left hours early (paid for a hour cleaning), did not clean the areas requested and flushed paper towel in the toilet causing it to clogSimple items such as cleaning the ceiling fan and wiping the walls were not doneAs a goodwill gesture the business sent another associate for a hour cleaningAgain, the associate did not complete all requested tasksDishes were left undone, oven not cleaned and again the walls not wiped downThis associate also left early I sent the business owner an email with photos and requested a call backAll the while I had to have a plumber in and spent $to unclog the toiletI made several requests via email and voicemail for the business owner to call me backIt has now been close to weeks since I have heard from themNeedless to say I am very disappointed and out of pocket $dol
