Business states that they have attempted to contact the customer directly but have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the consumer and business relationship has experienced many issues since its inception in June. Business would like to state that they take matters like these very seriously. point, the business has decided that it is in the best interest of both parties to part ways, therefore the contract has been terminated. As a courtesy to the customer and without admitting any fault in the matter, the business will go ahead and waive the remaining balance due.
