Classic Inn

Lady called around 3:35 pm on july 12 2017 asking for price for one bed. we quoted them 45 plus tax. she agreed and asked what was our policy about pets. I said its $10 per pet per night. she said I rather book somewhere else if your gonna charge. was being rude about our hotel and reviews online....

if the reviews were bad why even call and book at the hotel. so we said its will be better for you to book somewhere else too. we have the right to refuse service. then after couple of minutes she called second time saying my pet is a service dog we said service dogs are free. she did not mentions the first time when she called that the pet was a service pet or else we would have said right then that service dogs are free. and everything would have worked out nicely. Then she just hung up the phone. then her husband or some guy whoever was with her called. He was saying the F[redacted] Y** and D[redacted] A** A** H[redacted] so many cuss word. saying our motel will burn down not run we will lose jobs and all kind of negative things. so we just refused nicely but the guy kept calling and cussing and saying I am gonna call Revdex.com I said its ok you have the right to call whom you want. and then he hung up. after that he kept calling and bothering the hotels clerks saying mean stuff. we refuse nicely and did not cuss or anything like they are saying customer service is our number one priorities. the lady was nice and everything once the guys called he was the one who started everything about cussing to our clerks. thank you [redacted] Manager.
