asked for any specific type.. Just that it was ok to use the Sherwin Williams paint. She was very hard to get a hold of and respond to my emails.
We have done 2 prior projects for [redacted] and was very happy with the results in the past year.. with the same product! and she called us for the 3rd time to continue and had another paint company come out to also give her a estimate and he told her it was cheap paint we used and this is not true at all..
Some painting companies will say bad things about other painting companies just to land work.. She has also used other estimates to get my price lower each time.. Her children have damaged her walls and wanted me to re paint for free.
She is blaming the paint for the damage. If she had told me Aaron I would like you to use a specific paint we would of 100% this is very poor communication on her part!
We take pride in the work we perform! and this is a obvious over site on her part!
The original estimate she signed calls out for a less expensive product by Benjamin Moore ( super spec ) we just used the same level of paint in a Sherwin Williams product that she agreed too since cost was more important to her!
