I am sorry that your experience with our agency was unpleasant. I have talked to everyone in our front office about this situation and none of them have any recollection of the incident in question. However, I thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and want...

you to know that we do take it seriously. We have made it mandatory that all of our office employee’s now complete customer service training. Our agency strives to provide the highest level of customer service to all current and potential clients.  If you feel there are additional things our agency should do to rectify the situation please let us know.
