Review: I purchased a right hand ring for a friend. A little under one month after she received the ring on the garnet stone fell out (she had the stone). The ring was returned to the business for repairs and the business reluctantly waived repair fees. Two months later the garnet stone fell out again. Now the business states I have to pay to have the stone placed back into the ring. My friend is handicapped and sedentary. She hasn't damaged the ring in any way. She simply wears it. I bought the ring in November 2013 and gifted it to her in January 2014. The first repairs were done in March? of this year and I didn't see my friend until May to give her the ring back. The stone fell out again in early July of this year.Desired Settlement: I would like to exchange this ring for one that's not a lemon and will stand up to normal wear.
