Review: It all started 3 1/2 years ago when my transmission failed to operate properly. They had claimed to fix it but I had to return for service on the transmission 4 more times following the initial service. Presently I am in a disagreement with them since it was in there possession yesterday and the day before it obtained body damage to the front bumper they refuse to acknowledge that the damage was obtained while in there possession.I went to the service department with photos of the damage and they refused to help me in any manor I feel that I am being disregard in my claims.Desired Settlement: All I want is my vehicle repaired mechanically and physically

Re: Concerning the complaint from [redacted] on their 2011 Chevrolet Impala ID# [redacted] The vehicle has had transmission issues over the last 4 years which were addressed by Gm warranty and repaired to their specifications, on the last breakdown with the transmission the vehicle was out of warranty and was not covered by Gm. We did attempt to contact Gm for customer assistance on the repair. The customer had an aftermarket warranty which they never told us about and we did not do the repairs. The vehicle was towed to a different repair facility. If would have known about their service contact we could have completed the repairs at are facility I have attached copies of repair orders. The damage that the customer is talking about to the front bumper was not done at our shop. The customer admitted that there was prior damage to the front bumper in the same spot as they are accusing us of. The customer had the vehicle towed in stating it was not drivable, but my technician drove the car over 21 miles to find the customers complaint. The damage was seen by the technician prior to working on the vehicle. We believe the damage was done by the tow truck driver since the customer is stating there was no damage prior to towing the vehicle to the shop. The customer has been very rude from the start coming in and cussing at us about her vehicle breaking down, and also threatened to damage our property if we did not take care of the repair.
