Classic Carwash

My husband took my car to get washed & detailed. They cleaned the inside with a spray on chemical that discolored the wood grain. I spoke with the gentleman who detailed the car as well as the owner and no one wanted to take responsibility for the damage done to my car. I was told that they never seen this happen before and to contact the maker of the chemical spray used to see if there was a defect in their product. I believe this situation was handled very poorly and unprofessional. I wouldn't advise anyone to take their car here.
