Phone response - This consumer went through, and returned a little later and spoke to the manager claiming she received scratches from the washThere were several scratches on the vehicle, and she seemed to pick and choose which ones were caused by the washSeveral of the scratches she claimed
happened, our system could not have causedWe offered to show how the system operates, but she refusedOne scratch she pointed out, was clearly there before she entered the wash, as we have it on video tape from before she entered the wash

Phone response - They went through the wash and then came right around and complained about scratches all over the car. I explained to a man that our brushes go around, and there is no way for them to cause back and forth scratches. He said never mind the hood, what about the mirrors. I stated it...

was not caused by the wash, took pictures and their information and they left. The mirrors and the one side looks like they scraped against something, which did not happen in our wash.
