Mr. [redacted] ordered through our on-line store. The price of the item was wrong on-line. Our order entry person did not notice the mistake on the price and processed the order.  The price shown on the on-line order was $170, but was incorrect, as that would have been the price for only half...

of the set. Our price is $317.  We shipped the order. Mr. [redacted] noticed the difference after the order was shipped. Mr. [redacted] called and requested that we meet a competitors price of $265.95. We agreed to meet the price (which is not a company policy- this was just for him) and process a $51.05 refund to his credit card, or if Mr. [redacted] preferred we could call back the shipment prior to delivery refund all his money.  Mr. [redacted] then told us that the competitor had a 10% discount offer that day and wanted this additional discount as well. We declined to give the additional 10% promotion that they were offering.  Mr. [redacted] then stated that he did not want it without the additional 10% discount, so we processed a call-back of the shipment.  A full refund of the order including shipping has been processed.
