He was upset I called this morning to find out what time the repair person was coming Came to repair heat element and door handle, the message about door handle had not made it to him from maytag, communication failureHe repaired it anyway without telling me the cost prior so I assumed it was to be billedHe demanded money on the spot said he would call my credit card details in (im personally not comfortable with that having being stolen from in past), I asked if he had another way to pay he said noi had no other way at moment to pay himI used cell phone to record the rest of the time he was in our home, as I called my husband from land line for him to pay with his credit cardi was trying was working for him(I would have followed him to the company office to pay) Told me how horrible of a customer I was for calling to find out arrival time, and how much of a hassle I wasCalled the manager of the company and let him know, he did not seem to care I let him know I had it recorded and he said good for you, there's two sides to every story
The appliance repairman was rude and he would not let me finish a sentence and would not make eye contact with me at all. The man that came to my house made me feel very belittled and uncomfortable in my own home.
