property for 39 days according to the terms of the agreement. (Please review the attached contract.) Mr. [redacted] refused to take possession of the property which subsequently forfeited his holding deposit. We then had to start all over with the advertising. This delay cost us time and money which is why the holding deposit is non-refundable.As to the alleged misrepresentation of the property, we gave very exacting details including the square footage of the unit in all advertising.
