For the second year in a row, this company has BUTCHERED a beautiful shrub growing at the front entrance of my homeBoth times, it was severely pruned the end of July during degree weatherThe little remaining foliage has been burned by the sun and the large woody stems are mangled, not clean cutFurther, both times the employees walk on my annual planting of lantana damaging that tooMy front entrance now looks awfulI am a master gardner; you DO NOT severely prune anything the end of July, especially if it has a southern exposureI requested last year (through my management company) this Class A not do this againbut, they did

For the second year in a row, this company has BUTCHERED a beautiful shrub growing at the front entrance of my home. Both times, it was severely pruned the end of July during 100 degree weather. The little remaining foliage has been burned by the sun and the large woody stems are mangled, not clean cut. Further, both times the employees walk on my annual planting of lantana damaging that too. My front entrance now looks awful. I am a master gardner; you DO NOT severely prune anything the end of July, especially if it has a southern exposure. I requested last year (through my management company) this Class A not do this again... but, they did.
