Clary's Used Cars

This is in response to the attached letter we received today 4/21/2016.This vehicle was sold to Ms*** on 02/12/AS IS, attached you will find the AS IS statement she signed on the date of purchase, before signing the statement Ms*** was advised as to what AS IS meant and that Clary's Used
Cars would make no repairs to the vehicle after purchase. The vehicle was sold with a current VA inspection and we knew of nothing wrong with it at the time of sale. We also have no way of knowing what she may have run over in the road or pot holes she may have hit in the road to cause damage to the car.We are a used car dealer and have been in business for plus years and sell all vehicles AS IS and explain to each customer what this means.If you have further questions please contact me.Sincerely,Marcia * R***
