On January 21, 2019 Claro Pool Service AKA Poolwerks, installed a replacement pool heater and filter system and relocated the pool valves at my home. After that, my pool started to leak, I tried several times to contact the owner, *** Little and was told he would either call back or come out to the house and resolve the problem, which he never did. In April, I paid another company, Leak Point, to diagnose the leak to make sure where it was coming from. Leak Point sent me the diagnosis stating the leak was coming from the valve area that had been relocated, I also forwarded this report to *** Little.

Purchased a salt chlorinator for swimming pools with a five year warranty. Purchased approximately 7 months ago. Claro pools owner, Steve Little refuses to return calls or provide any warranty information, in regards to repairs, or replacement? Claro pools staff refuses to return calls or notify of warranty claims progress or decision?
