Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below***:authorized agent of Clarksville Finance left out a pertinent detailI had contacted them they agreed if I pay off the vehicle since there was only a few months leftI didn't need to bring in the form to separate it from the bankruptcy they would report and treat it as if it wasn't a part of the bankruptcyWith that being said it wasn't part of the bankruptcy and her statement even hinting it was after the agreement isn't' stated nor was it mentioned in our meeting when I came to sign documents to reinstate such I am appalled at this attempt and it is totally unacceptable Thank You Regards, [redacted] ***
In reference to customer's complaint with Credit Bureau Reporting, I have talked to customer on numerous occasions concerning thisI have also reported to the [redacted] Bureau on three separate occasions the first one being 10/5/2015, again 12/2/2015, and the last time 2/5/2016.We have reported the credit information as the loan being paid off with a Zero balanceThe Credit Bureau was asked to remove the bankruptcy code, even though customer was in a bankruptcy, since he continued to pay us.I received notice from [redacted] on October 16, stating they had made the correctionsOn November 7, received notice they had deleted the customer informationI spoke with [redacted] today to see why was deleted, according to their records customer had called in and overlapped with his request, there should have been a dispute sent out the end of October, which I do not show we received, therefore they deleted his informationThey have also told me how to reinstate the consumer fileCustomer will need to come in and sign a letter so that this can be done. The information entered originally to the Credit Bureau was correct it stated customer had paid off his account but also showed he was discharged through bankruptcy which is a correct statement. We are making every attempt to get the information reinstated on his Credit BureauI will contact the customer concerning this matter[redacted] ***Assistant Office Manager
