We employed *** to treat our lake for weeds Unfortunately, the lake oxygen levels were never adequate for treatment, which we recognize was not ***'s fault We paid *** $ They never treated our lake They sent representatives out to test/treat our lake times The representatives spent approx10-minutes on site each visit No one EVER contacted us to discuss whether the lake was viable for treatment, which we feel should have been done after 2-failed visits
*** refunded us $781.00, basically charging us $for visits X minutes, which is excessive considering they never performed the agreed to treatments We feel that they owe us at least an additional $refund, which would leave them with $for visits to test the water, which took approx15-minutes each visit
