I had a leak in my master bedroom. All contractors agreed it was an issue with the flashing at the base of the chimney the mortar and cap. Two contractors said they would not do the flashing and I would have to hire a roofer. Clark & Wolcott did the entire job and matched the grout on my 91-year-old chimney perfectly.
