*** *** This is only one of several complaints, but to this particular one, if the clerk is running total amount on card of so much cash and so much credit or debit then I would not have this problemEvery time an amount is ran whether mistake or otherwise there is a charge which lowers my original balance so yes this clerk has caused me hardship several times from his mistakes of running total amount, so this owner does not know what he's speaking of regarding my accountWhen I try to return cigarettes, that are stale I have purchased from there only hours or days from them with receipt this clerk tells me I did not buy them there or flat out he can't help meAnd why is it when I try to bring this to owners attention, this same clerk tells me every time, owner in Chicago or he's owner and that's itAgain, this daytime clerk is nasty with no regard to customer accept a sale with a mean-spirited dispositionI still have most receipts from purchases from gas station dating back from last yearSo, yes I have plenty to tell owner regarding this clerk's behavior! I received the complaint about my business, and I have reviewed it. I find the complaint does not have any merit to it. I reviewed the complaint letter and the individual states that we have sent his account into overdraft. I feel that he should be able to know his account balance. If we swipe the...

card and it approves sending his account into overdraft. He should be responsible I don't see how we are held accountable because his card issuer/or bank approved the transaction. Also if he request to pay by cash, and card. The cash must be accounted and inserted before the card could be swiped.
