Clark Family Builders, and in particular [redacted], and his helper [redacted], are 1) timely with my expectation of their arrival, 2) skilled with what are a number of varied and difficult home repair projects that I put in front of them, 3) do a good job of placing their price within expectation, and 4) clean up the job site once the project is completed. As a large home owner in the Southwest Roanoke community, these homes do require maintenance and [redacted] is a go-to guy if the project is beyond my capabilities.

I hired Clark Family Builders to replace my asphalt shingle roof with a ribbed metal roof. They showed up two days early to do the project (how unusual is that?) and finished it in two days. The price paid was per the contract with the only extra being for some new wooden trim. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. I found them to be very professional and competent. My only issue is one of their subcontractors has a truck that leaks automotive fluids that stained the driveway, but it hasn't rained since the work was done on July 20, so perhaps it will wash off.

An excellent contractor for my roof replacement. The employees and staff were very professional, timely and easy to deal with when replacing my roof. Communication was always timely and the replacement cost was very reasonable. I recommend Clark Family Builders, LLC to anyone who wants a great looking roof on their home, a timely and professional job and good people to deal with.
