Clark County Memorial Shop

I put a $150.00 deposit down on a memorial marker that was a plaque for my mother. I never received a statement. Last week the owner called me, claiming to have the marker there, and cursed at me in a very hateful manner, saying that I had not paid for the marker. His behavior was completely disrespectful to the memory and dignity of my mother. I went to the business to pay the remaining $645.00 balance, and I discovered that the plaque was not even there. I started thinking about it and it just seemed so wrong that he called me and spoke to me in such an awful manner for a product he did not even have, that I stopped payment on the check. I am now going to order from a different monument company, so the business owes me a $150.00 deposit.
