On 1/2/2020 I ordered online cbd oil for 5.99. I refused any other merchandise and was charged 89.99 on my credit card. Called several times, no avail
On 1/2/2020 I ordered online cbd oil for 5.99. I refused other merchandise and was still charged for $89.99 on my debit card. I called to cancel the order immediately, within 2 minutes, when noticed the charge and was told it had already shipped. I complained and they said they'd reimburse the 5.99 (which they did not do). I am still charged $89.99 for products I did not order. During the phone call they tried everything to make me keep the products that they said were shipped. I was told I'd get a call back from a supervisor in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I called again today (1/4/2020) to no avail, the supervisor lines were busy. I was told they'd call me back. I've researched this company (obviously to late) and found they had used The Pioneer Woman's name, Ree Drummond, without her consent. They have no affiliation with the Cannapro Company or president George D. They are obviously doing a bait and switch. I'm at a loss to know what to do besides trying to stop payment.
On my bank statement it reads: DBT CRD 0521 1/02/2020 Jouwzddwinning8339Rcho STA MARG CA C#2036

Company advertises free trial of supplements. for free I paid for shipping $4.95 and $5.45. on July 4 they charged my card $122.94 without shipping any item then on July 20 2019 one more time they charge the card $122.94 July 24th received small box I open there was a phone # no answer I called 2 pm the costumer service message says we close we open from 7 am to 7 pm . now I need to send em back the one box I got it today and the free items too. im looking for refund for $245.88 . They are of no help! Ordered a free trial then they start to charge my card $122.94.on July 4 and July 20 I called my card company because I thought it was fraud and they couldn't find address or phone # Very bad customer service no body respond, I need return label to send em back

I ordered a trial for $4.95 and they charged me $89.95 and will not refund my money back. They are of no help!
Ordered a trial for $4.95 and 2 weeks later charged my card $89.95. I called my bank because I thought it was fraud and they came back saying I ordered a 30 day supply, which I did not. Very bad customer service, will not transfer me to anyone else, kept repeating the same thing that they are sorry but can not help me.

Signed up for 14 day risk free trial. Cancelled on day 14; refusing to give full refund even though I cancelled my subscription on the last dayoftrial
I had done a 14 day free trial with Clarity X. On the 14th day (for lackluster product experience) I cancelled my subscription. Now they are saying they are charging my account even after I cancelled on the 14th day they are refusing to reimburse me the amount they wrongfully took out as per there terms and conditions.
A full refund of $86.04 USD
