When we first met with Enrique, he was the only company out of 5 that walked us through all the options and even discussed possible obstacles to ensure we would be happy with the solution and the final product.
Clarity Fence was also the only one that would mix the concrete in a wheelbarrow instead of in the hole. In addition, they were the only ones that would pull the corner concrete and posts. He also made sure that the bottom of the fence did not touch the ground, which prevents premature rotting and extends the life of the fence.
Throughout the bid process and the work, Enrique's response time via text, email and phone is exceptional! He and his team are very efficient, effective and dedicated. They will not leave until the customer is satisfied and will even come back on a Sunday to complete the job.
Enrique was very easy to talk to, work with and is very honest. He definitely has his customers best interest in mind by providing quality materials and a 10 year warranty.
We wish Clarity Fence was around when we had to replace half of our fence due to a wind storm. Other fence companies leave as soon as the work is complete, whereas Clarity Fence will do a complete walk through and make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Enrique even went above and beyond and fixed our poorly built gate that was only a few years old. He even had our dogs in mind when he suggested and installed chicken wire at the bottom of our fence.
