Mr. [redacted] purchased our Monthly unlimited plan for $29.00 at our New Castle location here in Indiana. This plan simply charges a monthly rate(charged to credit or debit card on a monthly basis) which allows the customer to wash there vehicle as much as they wish. We have no record of any...

correspondence from Mr. [redacted] concerning cancellation of this program That having been said, We will be happy to refund/charge back his debit'credit card. As of today we have issued refunds to his card for both months in question for a total of 55800.We will mail the refund receipts to Mr. [redacted] directly to the address that you have provided. Response from Clancy’s Car Washes   Customer was refunded in full $15.. plus a free $12 wash by mail on 2/10/18 and also in full $15 to his credit card on 2/14/18..  Total Refund..$42.. Our self serve manager helped customer and thought wash was corrected before returning to equipment room...

and never left the premise..
