I have been trying to resolve an issue with my product from ClamCase since before the holidays in December. You cannot get through to their customer service nujmber. I held for more than 20 to 30 minutes on several occasions only getting hold music. I also have submitted multiple email to support staff and no response. Either it is extremely bad custtomer service for they've gone out of business.

I purchased a ClamCase a few weeks ago (not cheap) and have had a technical issue when I use it with my iPad. I have now contacted them 3 times via e-mail and phone with no response. I realize it's the holiday season but if they have time to sell and ship products, then they have time for customer support. I hope someone from ClamCase responds soon or I will be requesting a refund. I would not recommend this product to anyone based on the issues I'm having with my device, and the non-existent customer service.
