Clairmont at Perry Creek

Am diagnosed with herniated disc in my neck from a car accident since 2016, and since then I get very bad headaches sometimes, I sadly couldn't find a 3rd floor when I moved here so we took the 2nd, our upstairs neighbors since the very 1st day they moved in and they have a little girl running unstoppable upstairs and they do drugs as well "marijuana" I went upstairs twice about the noise and was able to confirm that the smell of the drugs that we smell all the time in our apartment coming from them, the smell gets so bad when we open the ac, summer or winter, and it fills the whole apartment, we tried many time and all the times to open the windows but the smell comes from the balcony as well straight in, so I did talk to the management here multiple times about how my I get headaches all the time now from the smell, the maintenance guy here is our wetness as well as he saw the things they use for drugs when he was fixing something upstairs few weeks back, now we still had e the smell, the noise of running day and night from the kid and the adults, and managers keeps simply telling us to call the police, the latest manager here his name is *** said he can't do anything as there is no witness, I told him to ask his maintenance guy so then he changed that to "we can't prove anything" so he just doesn't wanna do his job, the whole management in this place and the headquarter is the same, police came here more than once and of course they don't wanna open the door for anybody, the last time I called 911 for the noise was today in the morning as I woke up to that woman living above us banging with her feet while walking only in the bedroom so they can disturb us,I called 911 and officer suggested to contact the Revdex.com as this is ongoing and management keep sending us emails to contact the police after hours, they didn't even say if they will at least talk to the neighbors, their only answer for everything is to call the police, I went to a specialist for the headaches and am paying money & no results
