hard to believe that every one of those cakes tasted badly. All of our reviews on [redacted] from other customers have been excellent. We make sure that our cakes are of the highest quality. According to bakery standards, we offered a replacement product b/c we felt that our product met all the needs of the customer. She refused our refund product. Therefore we do not feel a financial refund is necessary.
