I am responding to a complaint filed against me by [redacted] ***We are having a price dispute over a charm necklaceI sold many pieces for her a very inflamed price increaseI am familiar with what the wholesale value is of all the jewelry she left with meAs I have been working in the high end retail market for over yearsAll the prices were listed next to a photocopied picture of each of the jewelsI was asked to do a trunk showI went to and ***'s house to pick up some more jewelry for the showI asked her if I could please lower the price by $so it is easier to sellShe obliged yesBut did not alter that agreement on the paper that I signedThe prices were ridiculously inflatedI was excited that now I would be able to sell for a more reasonable price pointI sold a piece for $Gave her $and kept $for myselfShe is now saying that I owe her another $300!!! That is where we are atHopefully we can come to a fair conclusion
