EXTREMELY DISHONESTThey have multiple company namesThey also go by victory movingI was extremely impressed in the beginning at the professionalism and them picking up my stuffHowever, THEN they got meI was harassed by the driver who called me times in a row while I was at workHe said "I will be there tomorrow, and my truck won't fit"(it would have) He stated I can either pay him $cash extra to have him rent another truck, OR I can pay for a truck myself, meet him in a parking lot, and he'll load it into my truck then I can move it into my house on my ownI paid for door to door service and he refused to deliver Conveniently, West Coast Movers said its the drivers choiceThe driver then said "I can pay him the cash or he will drop my stuff off in a random storage unit and I can figure out how to get it on my own" I decided to get a truck and file a claimMy move was in Nov and West Coast didn't respond to my calls or emails until Jan when I threatened to get my lawyer involvedThe claim company (CSI) just got back to me on the claim May Besides the harassment, and the unprofessionalism, West Coast damaged the majority of my stuff and CSI is still debating on what to reimburse Took CSI months and they offered me $

I was referred to CSI(claims service department international) to claim damage to my expensive leather sofa which the mover OLYMPIA damage during transit. Now first of all they make you do all this tedious things to file your complaint but I did all that. My leather sofa cost $1600 when I bought it leather Victorian style which weighs between 250 and 300 lbs and that is one of the reason why the 2 persons OLYMPIA movers hired to handle my stuffs had a hard time carrying my sofa into my apt. But they only paid me $24 now how am I supposed to have my damage sofa repaired with $24? very poor service!!!!!
Awful company. We moved in May and company says they are still reviewing claim for our damaged items...it is December. We were just informed they are unauthorized to process our claim with no further explination. ??? You have to question the integrity of this company.
This company claims to listen to complaints and settle those complaints with a mutually beneficial results. Well I'm not exactly sure what this company does, but I can guarantee, they have not looked thoroughly into my complaint; if they had they would have tried to resolve it by now. They claim to be independent, however, I'm not sensing that. It would be nice to actually speak to a human to express not just my angst, but answer questions I have about how moving companies get away with destroying property and not having to pay for that destruction. My claim has gone on now for over 6 weeks and has yet to be resolved. You call this conflict resolution? I think NOT!

I decided to get a truck and file a claim. My move was in Nov 2015 and West Coast didn't respond to my calls or emails until Jan 2016 when I threatened to get my lawyer involved. The claim company (CSI) just got back to me on the claim May 2016.
Besides the harassment, and the unprofessionalism, West Coast damaged the majority of my stuff and CSI is still debating on what to reimburse.
Took CSI 5 months and they offered me $60....
