Claim Concepts, They are truly professionals that covered all areas of my claim. I found places that we didn't realize were damaged. Documented everything with HD cameras. Laid everything out in an adjustment format showing every detail that needed covered in a lawsuit if necessary.
Anytime I called them they answered my call or responded back asap or sooner.
When they weren't able to get the insurance company to respond, they kept us up to date with that, the discussed with us to possibly turn it over to a lawyer, which we had to. But, that worried me. I felt like I was gonna loose half of what we should be getting. The lawyers that Claim Concepts brought to the tab ln e for us was worth waiting for. The insurance company wouldn't return the calls for another adjustment. They would write letters saying what they wouldn't pay for and that they were happy with their original adjustment. Which the guy came from Chicago to do an adjustment on my house in Florida. He had no clue what Florida code laws were. It took one and a half years to settle during mediation. But the lawyers Claim Concepts had us hire. Let it play out slow and steady keeping tract of all aspects that were being said and mailed letters etc. Went to court and the Judge made them agree to another adjustment. My house was full of Mold particls I had air samples taken to help our court case. And my son had to sleep in his horse trailer for that year and a half. Long story short. Lawyers got us more than we would ever expected. I had agreed to pay claim concepts their 10% and the lawyers got 40%, we got 50% which was about 9 times above what we already got.
