My vehicle was involved in a not-at-fault accident and the other party's insurance paid me for the damageI was referred to Tropical Body Shop through a mechanic that my husband knowsI spoke to the shop owner Oswald F* a.k.aSteve/F*, on Saturday, February 11thHe told me it would be around $to fix the damage and that he needed to check the cost of the parts to make sure of the final priceI told him that I would bring the car back on Monday afternoon but to call me with the total priceHe agreed and asked me for the printout from the insurance company with the estimate of the damageI provided him with the pages that he needed and then he asked for the rest which included the amount that the insurance company paidHe told me that he would call me on Monday and to bring the printout as well
I called him Monday morning and he advised that he didn't have the chance to check on the parts but there would be something left over from the insurance checkI dismisse
