I dropped a package on the [redacted] of September 2013 to be sent in Romania . They promise me that the package will be in Bucharest ,Romania between 7-10 business days .I paid almost $300 .

Todays date is nov/*/2013 and my package didn't arrive to the destination . I called them many times in the first month . they told me that they have no idea where my package is . on the [redacted] of October I stopped at their office in new York at 4pm .the sine on the front door said open but it was nobody inside. I am trying to call them since that day but they don't answer the phone. I don't know if they are still in business or they ran away with peoples money and the packeges that they send to their familys .
