My Complaint is their customer service has been awful in the past 2 years from giving me incorrect quotes on car insurance for my mother,brother,freinds and myself. And then having to wait over 25 business days for a response on quotes and then it turns out that I'm given the incorrect quote because then I get another quote from the insurance. When I have brought this to the staffs attention they too make me wait weeks before I get a answer the staff has told me that they can not help me because they are going on vacation. I have brought all the issues to the owners attention. One of the owners has emailed his staff to resolve the problems. And recently the second owner who runs the office called me and again was very unprofessional on the phone and started to argue with me over one of the staff and told me that she was going to defend her becuase she was her daughter. I then told her that it did not matter who's daughter she was because business is business this has nothing to do with who is related to who. I feel that this is not good business at all when you have to be agruing with the owner about one of their kids when this is not what I called for.
