The staff works at this palce is horrible and they dont know the details of the legal system and on top of it their website is the worst website which never gives you proper information

My application got rejected on very minor issue and they send it back to me after deducting the amount from the fees I paid. I was never given a chance to fix it

Now yesterday my new application got hold with new silly reason that I have to.pay them for shipping but unfortunately the staff is so dump that they are not able to find the prepaid return label which I send to them

They dont have any contact details so that you can call them and explain
Also the help center number given is directed to call center located in India and if you call them then another horrible story

They just want you to pay them, they are only looking for money....

Guys have some extra money for unnecessary charges which they will ask for...... only money matters to them not your application as they are outsourced company by Indian Consulate.

I am waiting for them to reject my application second time and then I will take the matter in consumer court in a legal way

And will also ake this matter to the Indian Foreign ministry office and to "Subrahmanyam Jaishankar" External Affairs Minister of India

If you have any complains on them then please reach out to Subrahmanyam Jaishankar or tweet her on tweeter so that others dont have to pay them for all unnecessary charges

I made the payment to Cox and Kings company
1. $351.90 on Jan 02 for *** due their technical difficulties I had to cancel the application.
Since I was not able to download the applications. But they have not processed full refund.

For my OCI application I was refunded only $278 instead of $ 351.90 and for renunciation I was refunded only $178 instead of $232.88. The refund was done on Jan 5th, 2018. I called 3 days and emailed also for the full refund but they are ignoring my request.
