In October 2019, I made an online purchase for some CBD Oil. The advertisement used a photo of Willie Nelson as a spokesperson. The amount spent was $8.99 for the product. When I made the purchase, I only had $14.00 on my pre-paid debit card. When I submitted my information, instead of a confirmation before actual purchase, the page flipped to another ad. No forwarding on to a confirmation of purchase page or an email confirming the transaction. Since I never received a confirmation email, I didn't think that the purchase was completed. A couple of weeks passed and I received a brown bottle enclosed in bubblewrap - no invoice or contact info was included. So I assumed that this was for that transaction. During this time, I made a purchase that was denied because of insufficient funds. I had just put money on the card to pay a bill - so, I knew that wasn't possible. I then called the carrier of my debit card GRP/InComm to find out what the issue was, and was informed that a transaction for $94.86 was charged to my card - this transaction was not authorized. The associate I spoke with issued me a new card; she mentioned that businesses will repeatedly "hit" a card until they access money and withdraw it. I placed a dispute with GRP/InComm and after weeks of going back and forth and they denied my claim. InComm gave me the name of the merchant, I took a chance and selected the Florida location. I emailed the company, only to receive an email from a *** - Product and Quality President. This letter gave me a contact number ( 888-484-5049) - because they do not discuss account information via email. The number was disconnected. I then dialed the California location - it too, was disconnected. I just received this email on April 23rd, 2020. Incomm also informed me that the reason the money was withdrawn from my account was because this was a "trial" purchase. I never received a notice that this was a trial purchase, nor a follow up to ask my opinion about the product - yet my money is gone.

Refund I would simply like my money back. CK Wellness should adjust their site to inform the Consumer upfront that the transaction is for a "trial" purchase, and include the full price that will occur at the end of said trial. To also send a confirmation email for completion of the purchase. And include an invoice inside the package. The main point is to not use Celebrity photos to endorse a product, if there is no actual affiliation to their company.
This is the alternative address for :CK Wellness LLC Customer Service Address : 1055 Promontory PL, West Covina, CA XXXXX, USA. As I mentioned in my initial contact I just received an email on April 23rd, 2020... Re: CBD Oil Trial purchase

I thank you again for your assistance.
Hello,
This customer ordered from our company in October of 2019. They were charged for a product they ordered. They were never shipped any other products then the ones they ordered. They also have never returned any products to our company.
We are not sure what the issue is at this time.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have read that the merchant stated that I was charged for the product that I ordered; I was charged twice. The initial purchase price, including shipping and handling, was less than the $14.00 that was on the card. If the actual transaction amounted to more that initial purchase, assuredly the first transaction would not have gone through. However, there was then a secondary charge, after I placed more money on the card - that is when the $94.86 was charged. As previously stated, there was no invoice sent with the product; nor, a notice that this was a "trial". There were no follow up emails for my opinion. If I had any contact information, - I didn't even have the business name until I contacted the debit card company. I still have the product, unopened in the original bubble wrap. I will gladly return it to the merchant, to get my money returned to me. Thank you. Ms.
