C.K. Productions, L.L.C.

We entered into contract with C.K. Productions, L.L.C. and Mr. [redacted] on February 27, 2013 for his services as a disc jockey for our wedding on April 20, 2013. We remitted full payment for the services contracted for. Mr. [redacted] cancelled on us mere days before the wedding and has failed to return our funds despite three requests.We have requested the return of our payment three times and each time Mr. [redacted] has failed to return our funds. First, we requested the return of our funds upon being informed of his cancellation on April 10, 2013. Second, we again requested a return of our funds on May 11, 2013. Finally, we requested a third time on May 17, 2013. Each time he tells us that it will be in mail and each time he fails to return our funds.
