I received a bill of $for a crown I had put in in March and I was never given a payment plan in writing (or verbally)With proof of bank statements, I paid $in April, and $in MayI was away for the month of June however, I went in for a routine cleaning on July *, and offered to put another $towards my balance(I was out of work, therefore my payment was less than the previous month, but in good faith I wanted to pay what I could.) I was told they cannot accept only $as their "policy" is a minimum of $(Which was never explained to me previously.) I told them I do not have $to pay that day, but was getting paid the Monday right after (July ***) and that I can pay them again that dayGiving me a hard time, they had to take my credit card information down for "security purposes"I complied and I told them that if its that serious, they can take $from my card that Monday(On top of the $I had given them on July ***.)
