Engaged CJW to trim trees this winter in front of my house They partially completed and refuse to reengage or complete work
This winter I engaged with CJW treefarm & landscape to trim/prune several trees in front of my house They came out to my house on January 19th and partially trimmed my trees The three branches (specifically called out in the email) were not addressed because the ladder they were using was a little too short and also the wind had picked up as the day progressed *** ***, the owner, asked if they could come back within a week with the taller ladder to address the branches growing near to the house He also mentioned the wind and wanting to ensure everyone's safety as a secondary concern I agreed due to safety concerns to let them come back later in the week *** promised he would be back within a week and reduced the bill from $to $since he spec'ed the job originally and did not bring the right ladder CJW has never returned to complete the
