This company sent an email to "me" not my name or email address, saying that I joined this so called health program in December 2019 for $9.17 per month and have been taking this money out of my bank account every month since but I did not join it or download any program from it. I tried to send them an email to cancel this program with no answer last month and they billed me again this month meaning they did not cancel this. I saw a phone number on line to call customer service and did not get to talk or leave a message with anyone. Their number was 1-(888) 863-4111. Their email address is [email protected]. See if you can cancel this for me and get me refund.
