Extremely unprofessional, rude and spewed hateful and profane language to an elderly woman,who was paying him. He was hired to sheet rock walls in a basement and cement a floor. The agreed upon price was $4,800.00 Mr. M[redacted] was paid 90% of the fee. 10% of the fee was withheld until the job was completed. When Mr. M[redacted] arrived to finish the job he was informed that the floor seemed rough and unsmooth. Additionally, a section of the sheet rock that he had installed was placed directly against a cement exterior wall. However, he was given explicit instructions, to which he agreed upon, to not place sheet rock directly on exterior walls due to concerns about mold. He agreed to correct his mistakes. Mr. M[redacted] demanded payment in full at this time. When told he would be paid upon completion of the agreed upon job he became loud, rude and irate. He displayed explosive anger and threatened that he could "destroy all the work done". He threatened to call the police and stormed out if the house. He did not clean up the work site at the end of the day. Debris that he removed from the home, which he said he would dispose of appropriately, remains at the home.
